I recently upgraded my laptop.. just updated /etc/apt/sources.list and did an &quot;apt-get dist-upgrade&quot;. Had a few minor snags, but it&#039;s all happy now.</description>

		<description>To upgrade from gutsy using the mirrors, you can hack the upgrade script (otherwise it will use sources outside frogfoot).

All worked nicely - just had to adjust some of the tty stuff manually - the do-release-update script notifies you of files that have to be adjusted manually - the key ones being tty files that get created that aren&#039;t needed under Xen. I&#039;d recommend doing this under screen so it doesn&#039;t crash if you get disconnected :-)</description>
